XpDetail is the preferred retail system in the clothes and shoes industry, not only because of the design, but also because
that these stores work with many different designs, sizes and colours. If you for instance receive a shipment of
shirts i five sizes, five colours and they all exist with long and short sleeves, you would normally add 50 different
product numbers, that is one for each variant. But with XpDetail you only have to create one product for the
entire shipment and simple enter how many units you've received of each variant and XpDetail will do the rest

All XpDetail systems are
provided with a "remote support module". That means, if you have got a
question or if an unexpected problem occurred, you don't have to
wait for hours or days for a technician to visit you
and maybe just to tell you, that
the network connection must be re-established. Just click on
"Remote Support", and we are available within seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We've developed a remote support
module that establishes an encrypted and secure "Tunnel" directly
to our remote support server, places in our
support department in Hørsholm, Denmark. Whenever you need help
and active the remote support, your computer will pop up on our
server, and the support department can now take control of your system
no matter where in the world you are. Just lean back and wait,
you can see everything we do while fixing your problem.
Please note that the encrypted tunnel must be opened from your system, towards our
Support server, which we see as the only right thing, so there can never be any doubt
whether we've been in your system or not, without your permission!
